This year we are holding a winter dressage series for the first time. We will be holding classes for beginners as an introduction to dressage as well as more advanced classes and in February a prix caprilli class (dressage with (low) jumping - test available online free of charge). Classes will be split into junior and senior in the beginners, prelim and novice sections. The elementary classes will be split if entries warrant it.

| February 13th | Beginners: Prelim 1, Open: Prelim 10, Novice 25, Elementary 49, Prix Caprilli 2 (click here for more information) |

| March 20th | Beginners: Prelim 4; Open: Prelim 13, Novice 30, Elementary 49 The final competition in our Winter Dressage Series will be a qualifier for the Veteran Horse Society Dressage Championships. The top three horses/ponies in each age range (Pre-Veteran 15-19yrs, Veteran 20-24yrs, and Veteran-plus 25yrs and over) will qualify for the regional final regardless of their placing in the class. Please make sure you clearly mark your horse's age on your entry form if you are eligible for these classes. Competitors do not need to be a member of the Veteran Horse Society to take part in the dressage series but would need to register with the society should they wish to compete in a regional final. Membership applications should be submitted within 14 days of an area qualifier and are available via the website or by telephoning the membership office on 01239 881300. |
